Is Ora Care connected to NABIDH, Malaffi, and Riayati?
Yes. Ora Care submits and retrieves patient records through all three UAE Health Information Exchanges, so your clinic stays compliant with DHA, DoH, and MoHAP requirements without manual paperwork.
How long does setup take, and can you migrate our existing data?
Most single-clinic teams go live the same day — accounts, providers, and procedure pricing in under 15 minutes. We support imports from Excel/CSV and will assist multi-branch groups with patient, appointment, and ledger migration during onboarding.
Is the platform available in Arabic?
The patient-facing layer (consent forms, receipts, SMS reminders) supports Arabic. The clinical UI ships in English today, with Arabic UI on the roadmap. Patient names and clinical notes accept full Unicode (Arabic, English, mixed).
Where is our data hosted, and who can access it?
All clinical data is hosted in the UAE region with row-level security enforced per clinic. Only your authorised staff can access your records — Ora Care personnel cannot read clinical data without an explicit support request and audit-logged consent.
Are there per-user or per-doctor fees?
No. Pricing is per clinic, with unlimited dentists, assistants, and admin staff. Plans differ by patient volume, branches, and storage — never by headcount.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
We validate your card at signup with a small reversible authorization, but no charge is made during the trial. You can cancel anytime in the first 14 days at no cost. After that, your selected plan begins billing in AED, monthly or yearly.
Do you offer training and support?
Every pilot clinic gets a guided onboarding session and a dedicated WhatsApp/email support channel. Self-service help articles and short workflow videos are included for every module.
