We collect information you provide when creating an account, setting up your clinic, and using our services. This includes clinic details, staff information, patient records entered by your team, and usage analytics.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve Ora Care App services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or patient data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored on secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure in the Singapore region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Row Level Security ensures clinics can only access their own data.
Ora Care App acts as a data processor on behalf of your clinic (the data controller). Patient records are owned by your clinic. We comply with UAE data protection regulations and maintain strict access controls.
Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 15 years in compliance with healthcare regulations. You may request data export or account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
